The Flag Officer Commanding Eastern Naval Command underscored pivotal areas ripe for development, while the Chief of Naval E Engineering emphasized the need for diversifying funding sources, including commercial initiatives, to drive impactful projects.
The gathering brought together distinguished officers, including the Fleet Commander Eastern Fleet and Commander Fleet Support Group. The visit updates the Naval engineering branch’s requirements to reflect current realities. Maximizing available funds, explore alternative funding sources, and do more with less. Also to improve efficiency and resource utilization by refining processes, procedures, systems, and standards. Prioritize training and welfare initiatives for officers and men.
