Polaris Bank has clarified that it did not violate any laws in a recent staff disengagement.

The bank stated that the disengagement was carried out in accordance with the contractual terms governing their employment.
The clarification came in response to media reports about the picketing of Polaris Bank’s headquarters by NUBIFIE this morning.
The bank confirmed that it has been actively engaging with the union to resolve any ongoing labor issues.
Polaris Bank emphasized that it has maintained a cordial relationship with the union throughout the years and believes that any concerns raised by either party can be effectively addressed through dialogue.
