The Comptroller General of Customs (CGC), Bashir Adewale Adeniyi MFR, was honored with a courtesy visit by the Board of the Nigeria Wrestling Federation. The visit aimed to express gratitude for the CGC’s impactful contributions as a dedicated board member.
Daniel Igali, President of the Nigeria Wrestling Federation, conveyed congratulations to the CGC on his appointment and acknowledged his active role within the board. The President also expressed appreciation for the CGC’s enduring association with the federation, dating back to his tenure as the Commandant of Nigeria Customs Command and Staff College, Gwagwalada.
In response, the CGC expressed gratitude for the honor and reminisced about his longstanding involvement with the board. He assured the Wrestling Federation of the Nigeria Customs Service’s unwavering commitment to promoting wrestling and other sports within the service.
